A: Some counties and cities allow multiple applications, but most stipulate that the same certificate cannot be applied for repeatedly from different agencies. It is recommended to check the local labor bureau's regulations first.

Q: If I obtained my certificate many years ago, can I still apply for a replacement now?

A: Generally, applications must be submitted within one year of the "certificate's effective date," and applications submitted after this period are usually not accepted.

Q: What do I need to prepare for the application?

A: You will need to prepare photocopies of both sides of your technician certificate, a photocopy of your residence permit, a photocopy of your bankbook, and an application form.
