1. Service Description and Platform Role

"Taiwan Subsidy Hub" (the "Site") is an information platform dedicated to translating and aggregating Taiwan government subsidies, legal protections, and welfare resources for foreign migrant workers, new immigrants, and international students. We are operated by an independent civilian team, not an official government website, and we possess no governmental authority.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any information or services (including the multilingual eligibility wizard) on this Site, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please stop using the Site.

3. Information Disclaimer and Accuracy

The subsidy rules, rights descriptions, and translations provided on the Site are compiled from public data of the Ministry of Labor, National Immigration Agency, etc. While we strive to ensure accuracy and timeliness, policies may change, and we cannot guarantee all information is perfectly correct or complete.

Calculation results from our tools are for initial reference only and do not guarantee eligibility. Actual conditions, approval, amounts, and final interpretation are subject to the official review of the competent authorities. The Site shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of our information.

4. User Rights and Obligations

You may freely browse and share public information on the Site. However, you agree to comply with ROC (Taiwan) laws and internet conventions. You must not use the Site for illegal activities or interfere with its system security (e.g., malicious attacks, unauthorized automated scraping).

5. Intellectual Property and Content Licensing

The website structure, visual design, source code, translation outputs, and original text/graphics are owned by the Site's operating team and protected by copyright laws. Commercial reproduction or distribution without written consent is prohibited. Public government data is used in accordance with the Open Government Data License (CC BY 4.0).

6. Third-Party Links and Services

To facilitate applications, the Site provides links to government agencies (e.g., Labor Affairs Bureau, Social Affairs Bureau) or other third parties. These external websites are beyond our control. Their accuracy and privacy policies are their own responsibility, and the Site does not endorse or bear responsibility for them.

7. Modification, Suspension, and Termination

To improve service quality or for operational reasons, the Site reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently terminate any or all services without prior notice. The Site bears no legal responsibility for any inconvenience caused by service interruptions.

8. Revision of Terms

The Site may amend these Terms of Service at any time. Modifications will be announced on this page with an updated effective date, without individual notices. Your continued use of the Site after revisions indicates your acceptance of the changes.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The interpretation and application of these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any disputes arising from the use of the Site shall first be negotiated in good faith; if unresolved, both parties agree to the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance jurisdiction.
