What is the Interpreter Service?
To protect the rights of new immigrants, the Immigration Agency trains professional interpreters and maintains a talent pool. When new immigrants encounter difficulties due to language barriers in medical treatment, legal proceedings, administrative procedures, or communication with parents and teachers at school, they can request interpretation services from the relevant authorities.
